Our claim DURABILITY
Our items must remain attractive and wearable for our customers for a long time if they are going to help reduce emissions and prevent the waste of resources. Our textiles do not fade or rub off, do not shrink and can be worn for a long time without any concerns. A product complaint rate of less than 0.5 per cent by our customers over the years has confirmed this. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, each article is closely monitored by our teams in the Quality Development and Quality Control departments. Before an item is allowed to be reproduced, every detail such as design, workmanship, quality of the raw materials, care labelling, material composition and even the fit is checked by our Quality Development department. During production, samples are continuously taken and checked by our Quality Control team in a practical test.
